Maison Azul - Historic Merida

At Maison Azul atmosphere is everything. The house is designed to preserve it's historical elegance, but be casual and comfortable at the same time.  The moment you enter through the 13 foot door you see straight through 2 giant arches to the pool and beautiful gardens. Large airy rooms filled with collected treasures and antiques fill the tastefully furnished home.. The main salon features the orignal frescos that were underneath layers of old paint.
